Frequently Asked Questions

Q.What’s the difference between a Mastermind and a Masterclass?
A mastermind is a curated group of peers who meet regularly to solve problems, challenge each other, and share real-world strategies. It’s not a lecture — it’s collaboration with accountability. Everyone contributes, everyone benefits. And, it’s all confidential. A masterclass is a focused learning experience led by an expert, designed to develop one essential skill or strategy and deliver practical, actionable results.
Q.What exactly does a facilitator do?
A facilitator is not a lecturer — they’re the engine of progress for a Mastermind. They:
- Guide the conversation so every voice is heard
- Clarify goals and decisions
- Keep the group focused and on track
- Spot roadblocks before they derail progress
- Track momentum so results actually happen
In short: the facilitator is the glue, the guide, and the guardrail that keeps the group sharp, productive, and moving.
Q.Time commitment?
90 minutes per session.
Q.Group size?
Small enough to go deep, big enough to get real perspective.
Q.Virtual or in-person?
Depends on the cohort – we do both.
Q.Confidentiality?
Locked down. Everyone signs. Everyone honors it.
Q.Is there 1:1 support?
Yes, available.
Q.Pricing?
Disclosed during the application process.

90 – 120 minutes per session. It depends on how many people are in the cohort. I always want every single persons to have their 15-20 minutes in the Hot Seat each session. Therefore, meetings are longer if we have a bigger cohort.
