Where You Fit

Three paths. One question:
what's actually at stake?

Family Business

Something real is at risk in your family or business

Succession, family fracture, generational transition. You've built something — now it needs to outlast you.

  • Succession planning underway
  • Generational conflict or tension
  • Roles and relationships blurring
  • Legacy is the conversation
Family Business Path →

Masterminds

You need a serious peer group, not a support group

Private environments for leaders navigating complexity. Real situations. Real perspectives you can't get elsewhere.

  • Hit a ceiling — can't talk to your board
  • Want peers who understand real stakes
  • Need structure, not just community
  • Serious about what's next

Advisory / Interim CEO

The stakes are high and you need someone in the room

Reputation risk. Leadership continuity. A transition that can't fail. This is when you stop Googling and start calling.

  • Leadership gap or sudden transition
  • Reputation or succession on the line
  • Decision carries real consequence
  • You need truth, not validation

Family Business

You built something real.
Let's make sure it outlasts you.

Navigating succession, managing family dynamics, keeping everyone at the table — and knowing when the person blocking progress is someone you love. We've been doing this for over 40 years. We've seen it all. We'll tell you the truth.

When family and business overlap, the cost of getting it wrong isn't just financial. We work at the intersection of both.

Masterminds

Private peer groups for leaders
navigating real complexity.

These are not networking groups. They are not support circles. Each mastermind is a structured, high-accountability environment where serious leaders bring their actual situations and leave with clarity, not comfort.

You either belong here or you don't. That's intentional.

"The people in the room understand what you're actually dealing with. That changes everything about the conversation."

Advisory & Interim CEO

When the decision carries
real consequence.

This is not coaching. This is not a workshop. This is what you do when leadership continuity, succession, or reputation is actually on the line — and you need someone who will tell you the truth and stay until the work is done.

  • Succession risk or leadership gap
  • Family fracture threatening the business
  • Reputation damage or crisis navigation
  • Transition that cannot fail
  • You need someone in the room, not on a Zoom

The Story Behind the Name

Why this business is named after
a farm road in Canada.

Jocelyn spent summers on a multigenerational Mennonite farm called Sider Road — run by Emma, the family's beloved housekeeper. Emma held an entire family's life and livelihood together with no title, no fanfare, and no ask for credit.

"The most important work is never the loudest."

Emma never gave a keynote. She led anyway — completely, quietly, without ever needing the room to notice. Those summers are why Jocelyn sees every client not as an engagement, but as a legacy in progress.

★ Origin Story (The Sider Road Story)

Booking a keynote speaker who actually moves the room?

Growing up, I spent summers on a Mennonite farm in Canada called Sider Road — the multigenerational home of Emma, my family’s beloved housekeeper. She ran her family’s life and livelihood with no fanfare, no pretension. Just deep integrity, quiet strength, and a work ethic that never quit.

Emma never had a title. She never gave a keynote. But she led — completely, consistently, and without ever asking for credit. She showed me that the most important work is never the loudest. That the people who actually hold things together rarely get the standing ovation.

Those summers shaped how I see every client I work with: not as an engagement, but as a legacy in progress. That’s the Sider Road story — and it’s why this business carries her name.

“The most important work is never the loudest.” — the principle I learned from Emma, and bring into every room I enter.

Recognize any of these?

I work where complexity lives — at the intersection of family, leadership, and growth.

Founders & Executives

Decision bottlenecks. Executive misalignment. Founder dependency. Everything routes through you — and it's slowing everything down.

Family Businesses

Succession planning. Generational transition. Role definition. When relationships and responsibilities begin to blur.

Growing Companies

Value protection. Operational readiness. Leadership continuity. When the business must function independently of its current leadership.
