Jocelyn
Greenky
MBA · Author · Keynote Speaker · Advisor · Professor
There is always an elephant in the room. Jocelyn Greenky sees it the moment she walks in. She lets it sit — just long enough for everyone else to realize it's there too. Then she names it. Clearly. Directly. And without making anyone wrong for it being there in the first place.
That's where things start to move.
With more than 40 years inside Fortune 500 companies, family enterprises, and founder-led businesses, Jocelyn serves as a strategic advisor, Interim CEO, keynote speaker, author, and professor — often all at once. She doesn't hand you a report and disappear. She steps in, gets underneath what's actually happening, and helps people do what they've been avoiding — so the business can move forward.
Featured on CNBC, CNN, FOX, and in The New York Times, Fortune, Forbes, and The Wall Street Journal.
If things look fine on paper but aren't moving in real life — that's usually where she gets called in.
"She changes how rooms think."
Rare Credibility. Real Results.
Jocelyn Greenky is the person you call when the business is complicated, the family is complicated, and the usual advice isn't cutting it. A business transformation expert with 40 years inside Fortune 500 companies, family-run enterprises, and founder-led businesses.
She serves as advisor, interim CEO, keynote speaker, author, and professor — often all at once. Featured on CNBC, CNN, FOX, The New York Times, and the Washington Post, Fortune, Forbes and many other highly respected media outlets.
Jocelyn brings rare credibility to the room: the kind that only comes from having been in it, over and over, for decades. If you're ready to stop managing the chaos and start building something that lasts — she's ready for that conversation.
Four Decades in the Operator's Chair
Before Sider Road, Jocelyn didn't advise companies — she ran them. Six leadership roles across media, luxury, technology, events, and consumer brands — each one accountable for the P&L, the team, and the result.
Digital Global Editorial Director — Hachette Filipacchi
Directed global editorial for ELLE, Car and Driver, Road & Track, Woman's Day and 20+ international titles at one of the world's largest magazine publishers.
Branded Television Producer — Wenner Media
Created the first branded television for E!, FOX, ESPN and the Weather Channel on behalf of Rolling Stone and Men's Journal — and launched Rolling Stone Live.
Event Manager — Philip Morris
Ran high-profile brand events for Virginia Slims, Marlboro and Cartier — corporate engagements where flawless execution was the only acceptable outcome.
Chief Operating Officer — Colin Cowie Lifestyle
Held day-to-day operational accountability for a luxury lifestyle and events company — operations, people, and delivery.
Co-Founder & CEO — BriteBean Technology
Co-founded and led a technology venture from the ground up — the builder's view of a company, not the consultant's.
Chief Executive Officer — Ortho Marketing
Led the firm as CEO, serving a client roster that included Material Bank, The Wall Street Journal, HBO and InDemand.
Six roles. Four decades. One throughline: Jocelyn has carried the weight of the decision — not just written the memo recommending it. When she advises a founder or steps in as interim CEO today, that experience walks into the room with her.
She brings operator scar tissue, not theory.
The Sider Road Legacy
The name honors Emma and the Mennonite farm where values like graciousness, patience, and an unrelenting work ethic were lived — not taught.
Highly Sought-After Speaker
Jocelyn speaks for leading corporations and universities including Viacom, Kraft, General Foods, NYU, Syracuse, Drexel, Villanova, and Columbia.
Where It All Began
Born and raised in Buffalo, NY, Jocelyn grew up in a large, loud, loving family — the kind where you learn early that nothing gets resolved by avoiding the hard conversation.
Every summer, she left Buffalo for a multigenerational Mennonite farm in Canada called Sider Road — the home of Emma, her family's housekeeper. Emma held everything together. No title. No fanfare. No interest in credit. She never gave a keynote. She led anyway.
That's where Jocelyn learned what actually makes things work: consistency, patience, kindness, inclusivity, and a work ethic that doesn't ask for recognition.
Those summers didn't just shape her values. They became the name of everything she built. Because the most important work is rarely the loudest — but it's always the work that holds everything else up.
Today, she brings that same energy into boardrooms, family meetings, and high-stakes conversations — creating the kind of space where people stop performing and start telling the truth. And that's where things finally move.
