Business Transformation Expert
Jocelyn
Greenky
Keynote Speaker · Author · Advisor · Interim CEO · Professor
The person you call when the business is complicated, the family is complicated, and the usual advice isn't cutting it. Forty years in. Still in the room.
Chapter 01
The Expert
in the Room
40 years across Fortune 500s, family enterprises, and founder-led businesses — and counting.
Jocelyn Greenky is a business transformation expert with 40 years inside Fortune 500 companies, family-run enterprises, and founder-led businesses. She serves as advisor, interim CEO, keynote speaker, author, and professor — often all at once.
Featured on CNBC, CNN, FOX, The New York Times, the Washington Post, Fortune, Forbes, and many other widely respected media outlets, Jocelyn brings rare credibility to every room she enters: the kind that only comes from having been in it, over and over, for decades.
If you're ready to stop managing the chaos and start building something that lasts — she's ready for that conversation.
Chapter 02
Born in Buffalo,
Built on a Farm
The name "Sider Road" traces back to a Mennonite farm in Canada — and a set of values that never left her.
Born and raised in Buffalo, NY, Jocelyn grew up in a large, loud, and loving family — the kind that teaches you early that relationships are everything and nothing gets resolved by avoiding the hard conversation.
Every summer, she left Buffalo for a Mennonite farm in Canada called Sider Road — the multigenerational home of Emma, her family's beloved housekeeper. What she learned there had nothing to do with business and everything to do with it: graciousness, patience, kindness, inclusivity, moral fiber, and a work ethic that never quit.
Those summers didn't just shape her values. They became the name of everything she built. Today, Jocelyn brings that same spirit into every boardroom, retreat, and family kitchen table she sits at. Her frank, warm, and often funny approach creates the kind of environment where people stop performing and start being honest — which, in her experience, is where every real solution begins.
She is a highly sought-after speaker for leading corporations and universities including Viacom, Kraft, General Foods, NYU, Syracuse, Drexel, Villanova, and Columbia — and the advisor that family businesses call when the stakes are too high to get it wrong.
Chapter 03
A Career
Built on Complexity
From global media empires to tech startups — the throughline is always earning trust fast and making things work.
Before launching Sider Road, Jocelyn ran the rooms at some of the most iconic brands in media, luxury, and technology. As Digital Global Editorial Director at Hachette Filipacchi, she oversaw ELLE, GEORGE, Car and Driver, Road & Track, Eating Well, Women's Day and 20+ other titles.
At Wenner Media, she produced the first-ever branded television for E!, FOX, ESPN, and the Weather Channel for Rolling Stone, Men's Journal, and Us magazines — and launched Rolling Stone Live, a syndicated radio show, while producing 20+ campus music tours.
She oversaw branded events for Philip Morris, including Virginia Slims, Marlboro, and Cartier. She served as COO of Colin Cowie Lifestyle, CEO of BriteBean Technology, and CEO of Ortho Marketing — with a client roster including Material Bank, the Wall Street Journal, HBO, and InDemand, among many others.
The throughline across all of it? Every role required her to walk into complexity, earn trust fast, and make things work — skills that translate perfectly to the family businesses and leadership teams she serves today.
Chapter 04
The Academic
Who Stays Practical
An IRB-sanctioned researcher who studies what actually makes people safe enough to do their best work.
Jocelyn holds an MBA in Organizational Leadership — graduated with distinction — from Mercy University, and a B.S. from Syracuse University. She is currently an Adjunct Professor at Queens College in the Business School, with a previous stint at Mercy College.
She was the first adjunct business school professor and the first woman in the master's business program to receive a research grant, which she used to study psychological safety in the global workplace. Her research is IRB sanctioned.
She doesn't just teach leadership. She researches what actually makes people feel safe enough to do their best work — and brings that directly into every room she enters.

Everything Sider Road stands for

Graciousness. Patience. Kindness. A work ethic that never quits. The Sider Road farm taught Jocelyn that the most important business principles aren't taught in business school — they're lived. That's the conviction that drives every program, every mastermind, and every conversation she leads.
