Women Leading the Family Business
Lead Beside. Learn Beyond. Change the Dynamic.
You’re a critical part of the business — whether you’re running operations, managing clients, balancing books, or keeping the peace at dinner.
This 8-week live mastermind program helps women working in or alongside a family business — with a husband, partner, cousin, ex-inlaw (I call them outlaws), parent, or sibling — gain the tools, language, and confidence to lead with both strategy and heart.
"Jocelyn didn’t just guide us in the boardroom, she joined us on our family vacation and turned tense dinners into breakthrough conversations. It changed everything."
-GINA HUFFMAN (Family Vacation)
Stop throwing darts. Start asking the right questions.
If you’re stuck nodding in meetings while decisions get made around you, it’s time to flip the script.
Is This You?
- You co-own, co-run or have a hand in a business with someone you consider family
- You want to understand how the business really works—the numbers, decisions, and strategy—but don’t know where to start or ask (think MBA 101)
- You crave clarity—clearer roles, fewer blurred boundaries, and a voice that’s heard without starting a family feud
- You’re smart, capable, and intuitive—but you want more business fluency so you can join (or lead) the conversation with confidence
- You know the business would grow faster if everyone stopped avoiding the hard conversations
- You ready to stop being the glue that holds things together in silence—and start being the force that moves things forward. professionally with like-minded women
What is Women Leading the Family Business
This 8-week mastermind is for women who work with—or are related to—the boss. Whether you’re a co-founder, part-time advisor, or the unofficial “chief of everything,” you’re already in the business. Time to run it like you mean it.
We’ll blend real talk with real business strategy—because profit and peace both matter.
You’ll learn how to:
- Set boundaries without starting a family feud
- Communicate like a partner, not an employee or echo
- Decode power dynamics and use them to your advantage
- Read the numbers, track the money, and actually know what’s going on behind the scenes
- Build confidence, authority, and leadership that show up in the boardroom and at the breakfast table
Because supporting the business starts with knowing the business.

Welcome to the space where business meets real life — and nobody has to pretend they’ve got it all handled.
This is a confidential corner for women in family-run businesses (or those who just need a break from the never-ending operational play-by-play).
You’ll find strategy, sanity, and sisterhood — in equal measure.
We trade chaos for clarity, guilt for growth, and “Did you send that invoice?” for “Here’s how to fix it.”
Because when family and business start to blur, you don’t need more noise —
you need a roadmap, a laugh, and a circle of women who get it.
Pull up a chair. You’re already at the table.

FAQs
Q. I’m not officially part of the business. Can I still join?
Yes. Many women in this group aren’t on payroll—but they’re in the trenches. If your spouse brings business stress home, if you’re involved in decisions behind the scenes, or if you’re constantly expected to “just understand”—this is for you. Your impact counts, whether or not your name is on the org chart.
Q. I’m already successful in my own career—why would I need this?
Because power dynamics at home are different than at work. You can run a company, department, or team and still feel lost when the business dinner conversation turns personal. This program is about translating your intelligence into clarity, calm, and collaboration in the business you live with. We provide you with an understanding of the business so you can be helpful or simply understand the broad scope of what your partner is dealing with.
Q. Is this just a support group?
Not even close. This is a strategy lab. You’ll learn how to set boundaries, influence outcomes, and claim your voice in business decisions without blowing up the dinner table. Support is part of it—but the goal is agency, tools, and actual change.
Q. What if my spouse doesn’t support me doing this?
That may be a sign you need it more than you think. You don’t need his permission to build your voice, confidence, and knowledge base. In fact, many women report that their spouse becomes more respectful and collaborative once they’re equipped to hold the conversation with clarity and calm.
Q. Will we talk about relationship stuff—or just business?
Both. That’s the point. You can’t separate the spreadsheets from the shared history. We’ll talk about how power, pride, and partnership show up in business decisions, and how to protect the marriage and the margins without compromise.
Q. What if I don’t know much about the operations side of the business?
Perfect. You’ll learn just enough to be dangerous—in a good way. We’ll cover real-world, digestible strategies so you can contribute meaningfully without needing an MBA or daily involvement. Consider this being a MBA 101 Lab.
Q. Is this a religious or values-based program?
Q. Will my questions or struggles be kept private?
Q. What happens after the 7 weeks end?
