You Built a Business.
Now Get Out of Its Way.
You're not stuck because you're bad at this. You're stuck because the skills that got you here aren't the skills that grow you from here. There's a difference. A big one. We fix that.
Founders & CEOs Who Are
Objectively Successful — And Stuck.
Whether you're running this solo or leading a lean team, if you've hit a ceiling and you can feel it — this room is for you. No industry gatekeeping. No gender requirements. Just the ceiling.
You've built something real. Revenue. Clients. A team. A reputation. None of that is luck — that's you.
But somewhere between "early hustle" and "actual company," the job changed. And nobody handed you the manual for the new job.
This mastermind exists for leaders who are done pretending the ceiling isn't there — and ready to break through it intentionally, strategically, and without burning everything down.
You feel like you're running hard but not moving forward — like a treadmill with a quarterly report attached.
The business needs you everywhere at once. You're the CEO, CMO, and somehow also IT support.
You're reacting all day instead of leading. Your inbox has become your actual strategy document.
Strategy lives in your head, not in execution. Your team is guessing what matters most.
You know something is "off" but can't name the real problem — only its symptoms.
You can't say the real stuff inside your own company. Leaders are always "fine," apparently.
AI Can't Replace
CEO Judgment.
It Can Replace Your Excuses.
Yes, AI is real. Yes, it's reshaping mid-sized businesses fast. Yes, your competitors are using it — some well, most badly.
The mastermind helps you become the kind of CEO who can actually leverage AI to scale — not just fill a Notion doc nobody reads.
* AI wrote none of this page. A human who's seen too many founder meltdowns did.
Summarizing. Drafting. Analyzing. Pattern matching. Running tasks you tell it to run. Looking very busy.
Decide what actually matters in your specific business. Build trust with your team. Tell you the hard truth. Have judgment forged by decades of real experience.
Puts you in a room with 8–10 people who call you on your assumptions, who've made the same mistakes, and won't let you repeat them. Zero hallucinations.
Get so clear on your role and priorities that when you point AI at a problem, it actually helps. Clarity first. Automation second. Every single time.
From Hamster Wheel
to CEO Seat
Four strategic shifts. Real time. Real peers. Designed for traction — not just insight.
Most leaders solve what's loud, not what's true. We get uncomfortably specific.
- Where you're the actual bottleneck
- Structural vs. operational issues
- What, if solved, unlocks everything
- Clarity — not a longer to-do list
You can't grow the business if you're trapped inside it running operations.
- Decision-making leverage
- Letting go without losing control
- Operating at the right altitude
- Business designed around you
A strategy that never gets implemented is an expensive document.
- Fewer, better priorities
- Clear strategic bets
- Alignment across people & process
- What to stop doing immediately
This is where the mastermind earns its keep — every session.
- Live CEO hot seats every session
- Peer challenge, pattern recognition
- Fast, honest feedback
- Not group therapy. Better.
What This Is.
What It Isn't.
We know you've been burned before. So have we. This is why this exists.
- ✕ A course with videos you'll watch at 1.5x speed and forget by Thursday
- ✕ Generic "scale your business" advice that applies to everyone and therefore no one
- ✕ Motivational fluff. We don't do "you've got this." We do "here's the actual problem."
- ✕ Hustle culture in a new outfit. We don't glorify overwork — we fix what causes it.
- ✕ Another thing to manage. Your bandwidth is already gone. This creates more of it.
- ✕ AI-generated insight dressed up as human wisdom. Not here.
- ✓ A peer advisory board — small, curated, confidential. People at your level with skin in the game.
- ✓ Structured strategic thinking time you don't get otherwise. Like, ever.
- ✓ Real-time problem definition and honest pressure testing — not reflection exercises.
- ✓ Practical decisions, not theoretical models you'll never implement.
- ✓ A place to say the real stuff you can't say inside your own company.
- ✓ Designed for the overextended. Respects your time by making you better at protecting it.
The Format.
Because "let's hop on a call" isn't a structure. Here's exactly what you're committing to.
Every Session Is Built Around You Getting Unstuck
Not content delivery. Not going around the room. Around real, live, honest working-through of what's actually happening in your business right now.
Each session has a strategic focus. Every meeting includes CEO hot seats — where one leader gets the undivided attention of the group. You'll get your turn. You'll also learn from watching others get theirs.
The Outcomes.
Actual ones. Not the brochure kind.
By the end of the mastermind, participants typically:
Can clearly articulate their actual business problem — not just the symptoms keeping them awake at night.
Stop reacting and start leading. The calendar stops being the enemy.
Make cleaner, faster decisions — with less second-guessing and fewer 11pm panic spirals.
Feel less alone at the top. Turns out, other smart people are dealing with the exact same things. Who knew.
Operate like a CEO, not a firefighter. The difference is more significant than it sounds.
Have a strategic plan that is realistic and executable — not a 40-slide deck nobody opens twice.
This Isn't About Tactics.
It's About How Leaders Think.
Jocelyn Greenky has spent decades inside organizations, leadership rooms, and the messy in-between places where businesses either break through or break down.
The Sider Road philosophy: executive-level thinking, real-world pressure, no nonsense, no platitudes, and insight that didn't come from a certification program.
Based in Greenwich, CT · London · Miami. Serving mid-sized business leaders across all industries. Gender-neutral. Judgment-free. Results-required.
Ready to Stop Being the Bottleneck?
The cohort is small on purpose. If you're thinking about applying, start with a conversation — it costs nothing. The ceiling you're hitting does.
