What they don’t teach in High School or College
Inspiring the Next Generation of Leaders
Most leadership training starts too late. By the time we’re in college or business, the habits are already set. But what if kids could learn — early — how to communicate with confidence, collaborate with peers, and lead with clarity?
That’s the idea behind Sider Road Kids.
Founded by Jocelyn Greenky, a business transformation strategist, professor, and author, this initiative brings leadership, communication, and reputation-building lessons to the classroom. Jocelyn has spoken to middle school students across the country, translating complex ideas into fun, memorable tools that kids can actually use.
The AI Factor
Artificial Intelligence is changing how we live, learn, and work — and it’s going to reshape how we communicate. As kids grow up in an AI-driven world, their ability to speak with confidence, build authentic connections, and protect their reputation will matter more than ever. Sider Road Kids prepare them for that future.
