FAQs for Office Hours

Q.   What are Office Hours?

Think of them as a judgment-free zone where you grab 30 minutes with me, Jocelyn Greenky. Bring your questions, projects, messy drafts, existential business crises—whatever’s keeping you up at night—and I’ll help you cut through the noise.

Anyone who’s curious, gutsy, or just plain stuck. Current clients, partners, and brave new faces are welcome. Spots are limited because, well, there’s only one of me—and I’ve been at this for four decades.

30 minutes. Enough time to make serious progress, but not long enough for you to sneak in a nap. Want more? Double up for back to back sessions or reach out about longer consultation.

Easy :

Anything from “my marketing makes no sense” to “my sibling is tanking the family business” to “is this logo ugly or just honest?” Topics often include :

Yes, we charge $348 per 60-minute session. We also offer discounted packages for multi-session purchasers.

For now, Office Hours are held virtually over Zoom or Google Video. After booking, you’ll receive a secure link in your confirmation email.
To get the most out of your session :
Yes—up to 24 hours before. Life happens. Use the reschedule link in your confirmation email.

Full refunds are available if you cancel 24 hours or more in advance. For cancellations within 24 hours, we offer a one-time reschedule or credit toward future sessions.

If you’re more than 10 minutes late, the session will still end at the scheduled time. If you miss it entirely, we can issue a partial refund (deducting the late cancellation fee) or offer a one-time reschedule.
You can book longer blocks, bundle multiple sessions, or move into ongoing coaching. Think of Office Hours as the appetizer menu—just enough to get a taste, but you’ll probably end up ordering the full entrée.
Office Hours are paid sessions—because 40+ years of running businesses, holding an MBA (with distinction), author of a best selling book, working with top global brands to amazing, complicated family run businesses, raising two kids and four bonus kids and being and adjunct business school professor, owning three dogs (and that’s just currently), being an advice columnist, and solving messes in real time as a fractional CEO is worth more than free advice. You’ll leave sharper, clearer, and probably wondering why you didn’t book sooner.
