Who This Is For

Recognize any of these?

These are the situations that land in our inbox every week. If yours sounds familiar, you're in the right place.

The founder who can't let go

Everything still routes through you. Decisions stall. The team waits. You know it's a problem — and you can't figure out how to fix it without things falling apart.

The family business at a crossroads

Succession is coming — or already overdue. Roles are blurring. The conversation everyone needs to have keeps getting avoided. You need someone in the room who isn't family.

The leadership gap that just opened up

A key person left. A transition wasn't planned. The business needs steady hands at the top while you figure out what comes next — without losing ground.

The team that's pulling in different directions

Smart people, misaligned priorities. Everyone's working hard but nothing's clicking. You need someone to get in the room and cut through it.

The company that's hit a ceiling

Growth was strong, then it plateaued. You've tried things. Nothing's worked. It's time for an outside perspective that isn't trying to sell you software.

The exit that needs to be right

You're thinking about what comes after. Whether that's selling, handing to family, or stepping back — the preparation has to start now, not six months before you want to leave.

Do you work with companies outside the US?
Yes. Jocelyn has spoken and consulted in North and South America, Mexico, and Europe. International engagements are welcome — contact us to discuss.
